About Us
The concept of providing cooking classes for well-being began in l989 when I opened my herb farm, restaurant, and cooking shcool. At that the time I offered one class a month focused mostly on calorie counting and low fat foods. The classes were successful but I was too busy with the restaurant to produce an all-inclusive program based strickly on good eating habits. Now retired from the restaurant and herb farm, I have incorporated my experience as chef and herbalist, and through amazing media technology, have launched my long awaited dream, Cuisine For Life.

Cuisine For Life is not about dieting, although good weight maintenance naturally occurs, it’s about taking control of our lives, quality of life, and how to care for that miraculous being of cells that is us. Just imagine waking up every morning ready to take on the day. You’ll want to go for that walk or work out at the gym. Other benefits include less reliance on medications, clarity of mind, intensifying the creative process, sleeping well...the list goes on.

My mission as a chef, instructor, and certified family herbalist is to share with you, through nutritious food and herbs, the joy and freedom that comes from taking responsibility for one’s own health and life.
